- In case of change in adress, it should be conveyed to the bank immediately in writing.
- Loan installments sholud be paid with in the presented time limit.
- Make sure loans for which u have stood gurantor are paid in time.
- Those members who have not yet collected their dividend for year 2011-12 and onward are requested to collect the same from bank’s main office.
- The bank here after, has decided to deposit the dividend amount sirectly into members bank account should open the same in the bank’s nearest branch and notify it to the bank’s main office.

- Stock statements and other information should be rendered to the bank every month in time.

- Members are requested to hold bank’s shares of minimum value of Rs.1000/- those members eho are rolling short of the amount should immediately purchase share of remaining amount.
