Home Loan

Banks provide loan up to 80% of the property value for purchasing a residential property. As per RBI’s directive all banks & NBFCs have stopped charging foreclosure on variable rate home loans.

    • Re-Construction/ Repair : 15%

Vehicle Loan

  • Purpose: Four Wheeler or Two Wheeler Purchase
  • Range of Loan
    • Four Wheeler: Min Rs. 50,000/- & onwards
    • Two Wheeler: Max. Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000 /-
  • Rate of Interest :
    • Four Wheeler: 12%
    • Two Wheeler: 13%
